• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Sea-Intelligence, and CargoWise to track shipments, analyze performance, and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all freight activities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight management, with a focus on sea and air freight.
• Proven track record of managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
