In this role, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as monitoring server performance, managing network configurations, and ensuring the security and availability of our IT systems. You will work closely with our IT team to implement and maintain our infrastructure, using tools like Nagios for monitoring, Ansible for configuration management, and Jira for project tracking.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain server performance using Nagios and other monitoring tools
- Manage and configure network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Ensure the security and availability of IT systems by implementing and maintaining security protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues promptly
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain enterprise IT systems
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery exercises
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in IT infrastructure
- Provide technical support to end-users and other departments as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Certifications in VMware, Cisco, or Microsoft Azure are a plus
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
