In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and contractors to oversee the financial aspects of projects, from initial planning to final delivery. You will use advanced software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD to manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and financial obligations.
• Oversee the financial aspects of construction and infrastructure projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze cost forecasts, schedules, and resource plans using advanced project management software.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure project adherence to contracts and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage project costs and timelines.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans.
• Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize project performance.
• Provide regular progress reports and financial analyses to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or quantity surveying, with a strong background in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Certification in RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or other relevant professional qualifications.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and tendering procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
