📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of MICE and travel operations, including event planning, vendor management, and logistics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the development and implementation of travel and event strategies to meet client needs and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze travel and event expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure the delivery of high-quality travel and event experiences.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members to ensure the continued growth and success of the team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MICE and travel operations, with a strong background in event planning and management.
• Proficient in using travel and event management software, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of travel and event industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
