- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of sea and air freight operations.
- Manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Sea-Intelligence, and CargoWise to track shipments, analyze performance, and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all freight activities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight management, with a focus on sea and air freight.
- Proven track record of managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in using logistics software such as SAP, Sea-Intelligence, and CargoWise.
