📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Organize and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR management.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends, technologies, and regulations to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
