📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate live streaming events, including scheduling, setup, and technical support.
• Monitor live streams in real-time, ensuring high-quality video and audio, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Engage with the audience during live streams, answering questions and providing product information.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement live streaming strategies.
• Analyze live streaming performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
• Assist in the creation and management of live streaming content, including product showcases and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of live streaming events, including attendance, engagement metrics, and sales data.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming administration, event coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using live streaming software such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a live audience.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
