As an Accounting Intern, you'll be right at the heart of our operations, working closely with our finance team to handle daily accounting tasks, prepare financial reports, and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. You'll use industry-standard tools like QuickBooks and SAP to manage our financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks and SAP
• Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
• Support the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of financial strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, preferably in an international business environment
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Passionate about coffee and the coffee industry
