📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping schedules to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold our standards of excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, and place orders as needed.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality-related certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
