📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Diagnose and repair electronic and electrical systems in various devices.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Maintain and update technical knowledge of new products and technologies.,Perform quality control checks on repaired devices.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of spare parts.,Collaborate with the team to achieve service center goals and targets.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics and electrical systems repair.,Knowledge of various electronic and electrical components and their functions.,Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Valid certification or license in electronics and electrical systems (preferred).
