📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts,Maintain and update the company's accounting software and systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
