📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely customs declarations for import and export shipments.
• Monitor and manage the customs clearance process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on customs-related matters, including classification, valuation, and documentation requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customs strategies to optimize import/export operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on customs activities and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient customs clearance processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest customs regulations, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to staff on customs-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Customs, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance and import/export operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with customs software and systems, such as SAP Customs, Oracle Customs, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
