📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assist in the preparation and administration of patient meals and fluids.,Perform basic nursing tasks such as wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care.,Promote a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification to practice in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English for effective communication with patients and colleagues.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
