📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to training officers and other staff members.,Assess and develop training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct needs analysis and gap analysis to identify training requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Understanding of the financial services industry is a plus.
