📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and create customized learning solutions for employees.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development specialists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
