📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure the branch meets sales targets and KPIs.,Oversee the training and development of branch staff.,Maintain a clean and organized branch environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory audits and stock replenishment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
