Jaya Fajar Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for baking and food service. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from our branch location and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and storage guidelines.,Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new products, processes, and initiatives.,Represent the company at local events and community functions to build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant retail technologies.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and storage guidelines.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian, with good English communication skills.
