📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.

Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance levels.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Control inventory and ordering of food supplies.

Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen operations.

Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.

Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
