📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow existing HORECA accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and personalized service.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the food service or HORECA industry.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
