Rumah Sakit Indra Coffee is looking for a dedicated Deputy Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist our lead lab technician in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies.,Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of the lead lab technician.,Assist in the collection and analysis of samples to ensure accurate results.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date laboratory records and documentation.,Participate in quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Assist in the training of new laboratory staff.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of test results.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Knowledge of standard laboratory techniques and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
