📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation planning, and warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities with other business functions.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety, environmental, and quality control.
• Provide training and support to logistics team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Leverage advanced logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar, to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on custom logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and improving supply chain efficiency.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
