📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize order fulfillment processes using Salesforce and Ariba.
• Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle collections and customer accounts, resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in order management, collections, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Ariba, with a strong understanding of their features and functionalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
