📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and update company social media profiles on various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),Create and schedule engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and graphics,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth,Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Measure and report on the success of social media activities,Assist in the development of social media strategies and plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role,Proven ability to create and manage engaging social media content,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail
