📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs for sales and service teams using tools like Salesforce and SAP.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with dealership managers to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to training participants.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automotive after-sales services.
• Generate reports on training outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP).
• Strong knowledge of automotive after-sales services and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with training management software such as Cornerstone or Litmos.
