📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in inventory management and food cost control.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate is preferred.
