(Remote) Area Manager

Hokian Gita Sate is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to grow within a well-established company.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our sate restaurants in the Jatinegara area. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience and that our restaurants maintain high standards of quality and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the sate restaurants in the Jatinegara area.
• Ensure that all restaurants maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor sales and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to improve these metrics.
• Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure that all restaurants comply with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the company's management team to ensure that all restaurants meet the company's standards and goals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure that all financial targets are met and that the restaurant's profitability is optimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and improving the performance of food service operations.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
• Ability to travel to the restaurants in the Jatinegara area as needed.
