📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor market trends and industry standards.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and performance metrics.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
