📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Operate store equipment and systems efficiently
  • Assist in stock management and inventory control
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Prepare and display products according to company standards
  • Assist in training and supporting new employees
  • Monitor sales performance and report to management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Previous experience in a retail or bakery environment is a plus
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Basic knowledge of store operations and equipment
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (on-site and remote)
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language is required
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
