As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during events and ensuring a memorable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Provide information about the event and the clinic.,Assist with event setup and breakdown.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the event space.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.,Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere during events.,Assist with any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with event planning and organization.,Proficiency in using basic office software and tools.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
