In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.,Prepare and distribute job postings on various platforms.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
