Sumber Dian Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Representative to join our team. We are a leading healthcare provider in Bontang, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about healthcare and has excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in identifying potential customers, building relationships, and promoting our products and services. You will also be involved in the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Sales Manager in identifying and contacting potential customers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Promoting our products and services through various channels.
  • Assisting in the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collecting and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
